1. Pick the salad leaves, wash them thoroughly under cold running water, dry and keep them in a colander.
2. Warm the oil in a stirring pan and cook the tuna for 5 minutes on all sides until it changes colour. Then leave it to one side to cool down.
3. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat them with the help of a whisk or fork to get a thick consistency. Season accordingly.
4. Tear the salad leaves, put them in a salad bowl and add the cherry tomatoes halved and the cooked tuna fish cut in bite-sized pieces. Pour the dressing over and mix well before serving.
