Easy Dough-Pie with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Fresh Oregano

A great pie with a delicious pastry containing cheese, milk and eggs, flavoured with sun dried tomatoes. It is really easy to make and a kid’s favourite!

Preheat the oven to 170ºC in air fan. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with an electric hand mixer. Add the milk, salt, pepper and flour. You must end up with a thin batter. Place a 36cm baking pan in the oven for 7-8 minutes to give it a good blast of heat. In the meantime, chop the sun dried tomatoes finely and keep 4 tablespoons of their preserve oil. Remove the pan carefully from the oven and coat the bottom and sides well with olive oil. Empty the batter in and sprinkle with the feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes and oregano. Drizzle with the preserve oil and bake for 50 minutes approximately, until golden brown.

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 water glasses of fresh milk
  • 2 water glasses of plain flour
  • 8-10 sun dried tomatoes
  • 300g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 sprig of fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes preserve oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
