Preheat the oven to 170ºC in air fan. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with an electric hand mixer. Add the milk, salt, pepper and flour. You must end up with a thin batter. Place a 36cm baking pan in the oven for 7-8 minutes to give it a good blast of heat. In the meantime, chop the sun dried tomatoes finely and keep 4 tablespoons of their preserve oil. Remove the pan carefully from the oven and coat the bottom and sides well with olive oil. Empty the batter in and sprinkle with the feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes and oregano. Drizzle with the preserve oil and bake for 50 minutes approximately, until golden brown.
